Individual therapy is available for youth and adults 14 years and older. During individual therapy, clients can expect to complete their initial intake appointment, where they will collaborate on their therapeutic goals with their Clinical Counsellor. They can also expect to collaborate and develop a treatment plan. Individual therapy allows client's a safe space to explore emotions, memories, behaviors, and relationships. Group therapy is run periodically throughout the calendar year. Group therapy provides members the space to develop meaningful community, connections, and share experiences. Each group will have its own unique focus and design, depending on the group aim and goals. Often times couples can go through transition periods or times of conflict and struggle. Mediating with a Clinical Counsellor or working together on collaboratively determined goals can help couples regain happiness and security within their relationships.
