At Tyne Buchy Counselling Collective, we offer professional development workshops and training for counsellors and mental health clinicians across British Columbia. One of my passions in this industry is teaching. I have been facilitating workshops since 2020 in association with Moving Forward Family Services and have recently expanded to offer accessible, skills-based training to clinicians throughout BC. Our workshops, led by myself and experienced facilitators, focus on practical, trauma-informed approaches—including An Introduction to Trauma Work, Building Resiliency after Abusive Relationships and, The Business of Healing—designed to support clinicians in building confidence, deepening their clinical skills, and enhancing client care.

Introduction to Private Practice Workshop
Tyne's workshop was both timely and informative...transitioning from university into private practice can be a daunting task. She provided a realistic picture of what to expect and practical strategies to navigate the steps of establishing a private practice. Introduction to working with Psychological and Narcissistic Abuse Workshop
This workshop really covers how psychological and narcissistic abuse get missed in clinical settings and gave me practice tools and skills to better identify when there may be deeper issues for my clients and how to tactfully work with these clients. I really loved how the material was presented and the different ways to incorporate common skills for counselling that have such a great impact on our clients. This workshop changed how I practice.
